Check-in Instruction:
Please kindly be noticed that Macadamia Retreat is a 24/7 self-check-in/out holiday house in downtown Rotorua, there is no Reception on-site. Please refer the following information for your check-in:

 

 

Address:
The address is 61 Devon Street. The check-in/out time is 03:00pm/10:00am.

Car Park:
Please park your vehicles on the left of the front yard, the entrance is at the backyard.

Key Box:
Please use the key in the key box to open the door. Key box can be found on the right-side wall of the entrance. Please put the key back and scramble the code when you check-out. Code for key box will be sent separately.

Reception:
Please notice that there is no Reception on-site, as this is a 24/7 self-check-in apartment in downtown Rotorua. Guest will be given a code for the key box after booking is made.

Property Policies:

Cancellation Policy:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if no show or cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:
3% surcharge for Visa or MasterCard, 4% surcharge for American Express. Credit card will be preauthorized anytime after your booking is made and prior to your check-in date. Payment by online transfer is available to avoid the above c/c surcharge, please notify us upon booking to avoid being double charged.
