Please kindly be noticed that Macadamia Retreat is a 24/7 self check-in/check-out holiday house in Rotorua city center (there is no reception office on-site).

Guest will be given a code for the key box after booking is made. Key box is located on the right side wall of the main entrance at the backyard. Please use the key in the key box to open the door from the backyard.

Code for the key box will be sent seperately after your booking is confirmed with us. We wish you have a great time in Rotorua!
